the meaning of a message

If someone gave you a warning or a message from some one, would you reflect upon this message? Most of us the first thing we would look at, would be who is the person that is giving the warning or who is telling you the message. You would look at his/her background and past. Just looking at these things, it will determine how you receive this message. When you have you acknowledged the status or the ranking of this person. You will contemplate on this warning/message. The second is we would look at the content of this message. Whether this message has any effect in your life, and how it will benefit your situation.

You will make your decision based upon two types of human responses rational thinking or emotional feeling. If you make your decision based upon emotional feeling is not everlasting because tomorrow your feelings might change. If your decision is based upon rational thinking, you would use your intellect, be realistic, be logical thinking. By doing this your judgment is based on facts. So a man that makes his decision based upon emotional feelings, and the one that reasons on rational thinking, they don’t live in the same world.

Imagine you had a very important message or warning. Who would you give this message to so that he or she can tell one person or a crowd. You would pick a person who is known for his/her trustworthiness, Honesty, fairness and articulate. You will look for the person we all want to be. Then you decide how that person is going to convey the message to the people. You must be thinking somewhere down the line there must be a point to this lol.

The prophet Mohamed (saw) was picked out of the whole humanity and jin, because he had all the characters and personality, quality’s of a prophet. Before he even became a prophet, he was honest, hardworking, he showed empathy to the people around him. He was al-ameen ( the trustworthy one) he was patience. He is the right example for humans and jins. He didn’t change overnight that he became from bad to good. Even when he was not known as the prophet of Allah (swt) he had all the quality’s and personality of a good person. That is why Allah (swt) choose him. Allah (swt) choose a person who is pure in heart and mind. On the day of judgment we can not say that Allah (saw) could have chosen a better example.

Islam teaches us to think rational about this world. Every minute we spend in this world, we have to make a decision for our self, our children, family, or the Muslim Ummah. Islam teaches us not to react or respond by emotions. As soon as we accept Islam in our life, we do as our lord has order us to do so by default we switch from emotions to rational thinking. With rational thinking comes knowledge and sometime’s experience, for you have to think logical to come to a finale conclusion.
Satan can play with our emotions, mainly to cause conflicts between people.

For us to think rational we have the perfect guide book, which is the Quran, the sunna of the prophet (saw).

We should not take for granted what we have, imagine if we didn’t have the Quran or the hadith. Both of them are blessing and mercy of Allah, take advantage of these blessings, before the path to forgiveness closes.

I apologise for any mistake’s I made please correct if I did.

Asalam halikum
