The above zikr of LA HAWLA WA LAA QUWWATA ILLAA BILLAH is often translated as ''there is no power nor might except with/by Allah'', but some scholars explain this in detail...for example, Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen says,

''It means there is no change from one condition to another nor
power to do so except by Allah helping you''...the same as saying
''O Allah, Help me''.
And Shaykh Abdul Muhsin al-Abbaad says, '' It means that one has no power
to leave sins nor to be upon obedience except by the help of
Allah, because everything happens by the qadar of Allah, His
creating and His giving success''.

Thank you for sharing this beneficial explanation. I love those two scholars very much.

Brother, I would advise to write a more descriptive Title for threads, i.e perhaps beginning the title with "Explanation of ... "

Also please refrain from writing in capital letters. People will read your posts inshaAllah even if written in smaller letters. Capital letters looks messy and also is bad "netiquette" in that it means /shouting/.
