Just on a side note.
I am not sure how true it is but I heard that Queen Victoria,the one before Elizabeth almost embraced Islam when she used to visit some muslim personality in India ,but was forced not to due to her royal status by her family.
I read it in a newspaper many years back,just this thread bought it to my mind.
