I realize that when praying esp during last tashahhud when we sit in tawarruk position (left foot out to right, right foot upright), I feel the left side of my back in tension. This is because the body tend to lean to the left. Do any off you feel the same way and has it bothered you? I did have an injury due to exercise, but I just feel that this position makes the back very tight.
