Deliberately choose the kind of company you keep, and the best is company of those who constantly seek to be righteous. Do not waste your time in the company of gossips or those given to vain talk.
If you are in a group and you realise that the conversation has no potential of improving you as a person, is not adding value to your spiritual or economic well being, then leave. Some people are unbearablely boring and moody, their company can only add to your depression, always seek company of those who are happy and content with what Allah has given them.
