What are the Gardens of Paradise?

Anas bin Malik [may Allah be pleased with him] narrated that the Messenger of Allah said:

“When you pass by the gardens of Paradise, then feast.” They said: “And what are the gardens of Paradise?” He said: “The circles of remembrance.” (Jami` at-

Tirmidhi )

This hadith reveals that the gardens of Paradise are the circles of remembrance. It means that if some people gather in a mosque or in any other place to do zikr or remembrance of Allah more and more, then these are the gardens of Paradise. Because reciting the holy Quran, offering Salat or to recite alhamdu lillah, Allaho Akbar, Subhanallah, Lailaha illah are the remembrance of Allah that will lead a faithful believer to Paradise. Paradise is the best place for a Muslim in the Hereafter having countless favors of Allah Almighty. May Allah give us ‘taufeeq’ to do zikr more and more so that we may be entered in Paradise at the day of Judgement by the grace of God, Ameen.
