What hapens when some1 adds u as a friend?

So what hapens when some1 adds u as a friend?

Do they like get a email each time u post a new thread???

or do they like get a email each time u reply to a thread?

or is it just like 'look at me, i got friends'???

Just a friend that you want to keep in contact with, that's all hehe!

This has really made me smille, but I do not think this is reason why someone has "friends" added on his or her friend list. It can be that if someone likes to read posts of some brother or sister, or when you want to send private or visitor message to some brother or sister, you can find them easily if you have them on your friend list.

But I think the reasons are different from case to case, and Allah knows the best.

In my point of view.. when you add friends, you can build a good brotherhood INSHA ALLAH, and it works well with me ALHAMDULILLAH

A friend is always so special in life, no matter how often you contact them.

Abu Musa narrated: Allah's Prophet said,"The example of a good companion (who sits with you) in comparison with a bad one, is like that of the musk seller and the blacksmith's bellows (or furnace): From the first, you would either buy musk or enjoy its good smell while the bellows would either burn your clothes or your house, or you get a bad nasty smell thereof." (Al-Bukhari 3:314)
