what is reformed meat?

i read this at a restaurant in uk today:

Turkey ham, reformed meat. all meat are halal.

what does this mean? reformed meat? is this valid? unknowledgeable people please dont give your opinions. reasonable answer from informed people please. thanks.

I think many who know the answer (like I do)..after reading through the CONDESCENDING tone put in 40 words and having their stomachs *turned* by it..will just either ignore the post or tell you to...
