Islam, in the tenth century, was the main religion, or at least, the religion of the majority of peoples in an area covering more than half of the civilized world stretching over three continents from the Pyrenees and Siberia in West and North Europe to the farthest end of Asia, up to China and New Guinea in the East; from Morocco in North Africa to the southern tip of Africa, covering two-thirds of the African continent. It is one of the most striking facts of human history that the spread of Islam over such a vast area took place within three centuries. Most striking of all, within half a century after the Hijra, Islam had already conquered the whole of North Africa from Egypt to Morocco, all the Middle Eastern lands from Yemen to Caucasia and from Egypt to the lands beyond Transoxiana.For this the christian missionaries all over the world bow to see the end of islam,they sponsor christians to study arabic in muslims world and send them to Africa a fertile ground were ignorance previled.the point here is that we become happy when some one revert to islam how about a whole village converted to christianity,becouse we fail to show care and affection to our poor ignorance African brothers and sister.these missionaries sacrife they leisure time,luxuryand all the goodies of life,to mingle with these villagers eat with them, sleep with them in the same bed and give them free medical care.they preach the gosel in arabic to those poor africans telling them islam is not the true religion rather christianity.I have never heard of any muslims missionary locally or intrenationally that convert these menace.Toady the challege is yours please brothers and sisters do something even if it means a common advise,before we lost majority of our african brothers.
