Asalamu alaykum
When a person says: La ilaha illallahu wah dahu la sharika lahu, lahul mulku walahul hamdu wa hua ala kulle shai'in qadir 100 times a day. This is borne out by what is narrated by al-bukharee and muslim from Abu hurairah that the prophet sallahu alayhi wa salam said: whoever says the above everyday 100 times then he will receive the rewards of 10 slaves meaning the reward of emancipating (freeing) 10 slaves, a 100 virtues will be writen for him, a 100 sins will be wiped out from his records and he will have a protection from the devil on that day until the evening. And the only person who will be better than him on that day will be the one who reads this dua more than him."
The meaning of the Dua above : There is no God except Allah. He is alone; he has no partner;to him belongs sovereignty, to him alone belongs praises and he is powerful over everthing.
