Today in my history class of civilization the professing was saying that Moses (Musa) alahis salam did not part the Red sea but instead parted the reed sea which is big spelling error. He also mention that reed sea was a very shallow body of water and can easily be walk across. Does anyone know the truth of this event. I tired googling it but I keep getting christian websites and not islamic websites.
