if He hates ppl sinning then why'd He make Shaytan and let him whisper evil things to us?
Question: why does God allow Shaytan to manipulate us

If we study Quran we understand why Shaytan is created:
16:99
Indeed, there is for him (Shaytan) no authority over those who have believed and rely upon their Lord.
16:100
His authority is only over those who take him as an ally and those who through him associate others with Allah .

Shaytan captures hearts when it is far from the one who created them, with no or little faith:
34:20

And Iblees had already confirmed through them his assumption, so they followed him, except for a party of believers.
