WITH MY CLOSING EYES

BISMILLAHI RAHMANI RAHIM

Like a swinging pendulum
life has passed in front of me like a movie;
sometimes it was like a comedy,
and other ones like a tragedy.
How funny was it to see myself in each scene,
while I was crying and smiling!
But everything was real
and all the moments like the pages of a book,reveal
how life is brief.
The past won't come back again
and like a train
life runs.
I don't know where my train will bring me...
I just hope to finish my travel
while the sun is setting
and while a breeze is caressing my body,
until this last scene will close
with my closing eyes after my Shahada,
and maybe with some tears.​
