Assalamualikum -
okay.. this may sound like a tedious question, but I couldn't help wondering about it :
Is working with U.S. Military Haram? (or for any other non-Muslim military organization )
I personally know a few Muslim people, either their parents or themselves migrated from Muslim countries like Pakistan, Bangladesh etc. joined the U.S. Military- in fact some of them are currently servicing in Iraq fighting against other Muslim.
As far as I know, in Islam you have to defend your country if it's in a combat with another nation. And especially you have to defend your religion by any means necessary.
I honestly think that it should be totally against Islam if one is in favor of a non-Muslim organization.
