Worrying thoughts

Hi guys
Recently I started reading namaaz again but I have been plagued by thoughts and question so just thought I'd ask.
1) If you wear unclean( i.e clothes that have been contact with dogs etc.) clothes do you have to shower before you are able to read namaaz or can you change clothes, do wudhu and pray?
2) If you are unsure whether your clothes are clean or not what do you do? please dont say just change htem because the last time I stopped reading namaaz because I would go through phases where I would be showering and changing clothes before every namaaz I read.
3) for clothes to be impure do I have to able to see the impurity?
4) is there any way for me to be able to get rid of these thoughts?I mean this is really stressing me out. I acc hate going into the bathroom and using the toilet.
5) If water that has come from the toilet touches me do i have to change clothes/shower etc?
6) is it better to read namaaz with impure clothes than none at all?
7) I have been advised to ignore these thoughts but if i do and do read namaaz with impure clothes than surely I will be punished?
Thanks guys

First of all i'd prefer to be saluted with salam and not hi...:) we're muslims right?

You should keep the dogs out of the house and as for the questions
1)the saliva of the dog is impure so if the saliva or a part wet with a saliva(like wet fur) gets in contact with it then it makes the clothes impure and if you touch with your skin the saliva then go fo wudhu
2)look number 1
3)you can't be accounted for what you don't know, it's not like you can check your clothes all around while praying
4)seek refuge in Allah, recite some verses from sura baqarah(for shaytan can't say in a house where surah baqaraah is recited) and GET THE DOG OUT
6)no, clothes must be pure, period
7) you're way overthinking and most of these problems seem to be dog related, if we would only feel the sunnah and the order of the Prophet it would all be so easy for he says to keep the dogs out of our houses 'cause the angels don't enter a house whith dogs in it

finally: GET THE DOUG OUT, seek refuge in Allah, recite some verses of surah al Baqarah and don't overthink things to much, when in your thoughts you think you're purified go for salah and that's it.

also the Prophet said that if your clothes have impurities on them it is enough for you to remove the impurities on them and that's it, the clothes are good to go.

wa salam
