brother if i may ask in what course do u wish to pursue your studies?
basically u need to apply (through application form) to pursue your studies here
some of the good universities i can recommend are International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM/UIA), Science University of Malaysia (USM) or University Malaya (UM).
In UIA there are a lot of non-Malaysian students there and the language of communication used there are Arabic and English language (and of course Malay language)
if you are to pursue in medical course - USM is one of the best options
UM is the oldest university in Malaysia and was once ranked in the "100 best universities in the world"
as for other universities around the states in Malaysia, they are of good choice too
try browsing in the university's website and choose the one that should suits your course

I've already did browse the website and the administration sent me the application form,But till now I've not enough informations about fees,and how they study? hosteling informations;and some unapparent things...

yup IIUM (english) is UIA (malay language)
