Assalaam walaikum,

Today, I received the news Brother Ayman has been banned from TTI.
There is no need for any anger. Allah subhana talla has other plans for my beloved brother. Subhanana Allah. No, we do not know what the future holds.

I just wanted to celebrate his knowledge of the Quran and Sunnath and his love for Islamic poetry. He, is one I truly respect.

:salam2:This is disgusting Why?4 years of sharing and contribution thrown away like that?So all this time there has been no problem but suddenly due to staff change who can not decenter from their personal stances and act professionally to embrace and manage the variety of views and mindsets ..he is banned!this is not fair. For some when you do not agree with em on certain secondary issues you become a Yahoodi. They were observing and waiting for their time I know that.If it is nothing more than that, it is low and pitiful,They should have open threads and challenge, discuss instead of stabbing him in the back.

I really enjoyed reading his posts and sharing his friendship subhanallah!.May Allah protect and have mercy on my older brother wherever he is.

Assalaam walaikum,

Brother, I do not know why. I pray you forgive me but I wish not to speculate. He is a bloggler and someone can dig up one of links. You know the man is brilliant; and humble; and pious.

What? What happened? What's this? Why Brother Ayman - whatever did he do to get banned? I mean, I only saw him posting updates to the current Affairs threads of what was going on in the world - what did he do wrong?

This is really bad - if anyone on here had a nitty-gritty question, especially regarding financial matters, zakat, charity, interest, banks, etc - nobody else ever replied to topics like that. But you could be sure Brother Ayman would reply with the proper answer.

This is a great loss for TTI. I don't understand.

This saddens me deeply. Brother Ayman is one of the greatest assets on TTI. I learn from the wisdom in his posts more than anyone else on the boards.

If it turns out (my speculation) that he was banned because TTI, like on many other occasions, doesn't agree with his humble point of view coming from very accurate research (and then deletes his post) then I will leave TTI altogether.

Freedom of speech.

Assalamu allaicum wa raahmatullah wa baarkatuhu

SubhanAllah, I am really shocked by this news and I really do not know what to say.

Broter Ayman has been member on TTI for so long time, and we all gained so much knowledge from him, as from our elder brother mashallah, and he helped to many brothers and sisters with his posts.

I know that brother Ayman made some mistakes in his posts regarding some Islamic rullings, but I do not think it is enough reason that he be banned, especialy because he is our brother in Islaam and we should advice him on nice and kind way. That would bring much more good for all of us,and for brother Ayman as well.

Can you please tell us the reason for his banning, and please do not tell us it is a private thing.

From how much I know, brother Ayman was always replying the same, and I do not understand how he get banned now and not before, SubhanAllah.

May Allah guide us all

What is now really shocking me is that every single one his posts are gone - all of them! There were some which were very knowledgeable and beneficial - this is wrong wrong wrong. Nothing justifies removing beneficial knowledge after its already been written! SubhanAllah - I went back to my threads about financial questions - and look at them, they don't make sense anymore. Who can do such a thing? Why not delete every single old thread anyway? It would be the same.

You are right. Absolutely disgusting, akhi! I agree with every word you said.

Please if you can contact him, try to find out what happened. I will send him a PM but I don't know if he will able to read it. Please reply back to me when you know.

Edit: his PMs no longer work.

I agree as well. I have never seen him doing anything deserving a ban.

To the person who did ban him, my question to you is this: if your family member is behaving differently from your perspective, would you kick him out of the house, and throw away all his belongings out into the street without a backward glance? Is this Islam?

I think they might ban me after this.. :astag:

La hawla wa la kowata ila bAllah! Sorry but this is idiotic! Though I can still see his older posts from 2010, all the earlier ones are gone, yes, but not all of them. Still it is very wrong.

I aslo agree with you dear sister, and ask the same question: is this Islaam and from Islaam? We should fear Allah on the first place for our actions.

I aslo have one question. How much it took you time to delate all his posts, and how much time it took to brother Ayman for all his efforts and his good deeds???

May Allah guide us all.

sad TTI did this...un islamic, even if a brother made a FEW mistakes islam teaches us to correct others and move on. i say the EDITORS make a thread explaining and justifying why they blocked a brother who has been posting for such a long time and shareing benifitial knowledge !

Exactly.

It's a shame the brother is gone. From what I remember, he had sound knowledge of scriptures from other religions. And whenever a non-Muslim would ask a questions that seemed so hard to answer, he'd just answer in a sentence.

Oh well.

This place is to share knowledge and be corrected, when we are wrong. Unless otherwise we are creating a great fitna out here, I do not see any reason to be banned. So far, I haven't personally read any posts of brother ayman that seemed to me problematic. I hope the TTI staff did what it did with sensible justification and evidences which we do not know, as otherwise this would be very saddening. Allah knows best and May Allah forgive our shortcomings. I also many times enjoyed reading this threads/posts, truly I must say it is saddening to see brother ayman go.

I have no words.

HIM of all people??? This forum has taken a sudden turn for the worst lately...

However, I will refrain from criticism that will benefit no one and simply say that Brother Ayman was a wealth of knowledge and information. It was refreshing to read his posts and his perspectives on matters. Coupled with daleel, I would read every word of his posts.

May Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala bless him and keep his future bright.

lol seriously?

I've bookmarked a bunch of threads here specifically because of his wonderfully eloquent answers to tough questions as well as all the links that he's posted with his responses. Is everything of his before 2010 really gone? What a terrible waste. I would have saved his posts on my computer if I could have even guessed that someone with such a vendetta would do something like that on this site. . .

I really regret never getting a chance to ask him where/how he learned all the stuff that he has =(

Even the user GlobalPeace has his posts still available and he was in a direct confrontation with Mabsoot before he was banned.

if anyone on here had a nitty-gritty question, especially regarding financial matters, zakat, charity, interest, banks, etc - nobody else ever replied to topics like that. But you could be sure Brother Ayman would reply with the proper answer.

Even if you try other forums/sites, you would hard-pressed to find answers with the kind of clarity and quality that he was able to usually give. What a downer

Watch this thread get deleted and everyone who posts in here banned =D
