Hello Brothers & Sisters I am wanting to know something while i fasting for SW Allah, i would like to know what words to speak in the morning before i drink the water and what words to speak before i drink the water in the night?

I been wondering to know the exact knowing and meaning of the Ihsaan. I have tried to find the right and exact information of the meaning but every where i go or ask people they give me different answer from everything. So can anyone help me out and give me the full understanding of Ihsaan...
