and revert im very proud to wear hijab.unfortunately we r not allowed to wear it at school but we wear it whenever and whereever we can and we r so proud of that.its not obligatory but we chose to because its sign of muslim women and girls and way to show how happy we r that we r muslims now

salam aleikum i want to say ty so much for support.dont get much of that around here except from people in our mosque.people r so anti-muslim here.i mean we didnt have any serious problems but we get strange looks but we simply dont care anymore

i have to say u r all so wonderful to me.when i registered to this website i didnt think i would find such nice people.from day 1 when i became muslim i encountered realy nice people and they helped me realize that this is right decision and im not regreting it

i have been warned about them from our imam who has been realy wonderful to us

well i can say,for those in my neighboorhood at least,that they accepted us freely from day 1.they help us learn,helped us learn prayers at first...we spend alot of time together,when not at school.all i can say is that everybody has been very nice to us and helped us realize that we made right...

im very keen to learn much more about islam.some things u cant just learn by reading.u can learn many things from other people.

well we live in neighboorhood where lots of muslims live and we have 2 mosques nearby so i just got interested,talked to people,took some books and Quran to read(with help,at first),talked to my parents and did it.siblings and friends did after that
