Msophiine

I'm a college student in Tempe, Arizona in the US. I'm not American though, I'm Canadian I moved to the US when I was 3. I'm studying computer science with a minor in astrophysics. I grew up as a Christian and practiced Wicca through most of my teens. But neither of those religions ever truly satisfied me, I was always looking for more, for something else. Science is very important to me, and so is logic and reason...which is why Christianity and me didn't mix too well, I felt like it was a fairy tale. And Wicca only left me craving more, and more...which isn't good.

I recently became aware of the tolerance and peace that Islam promotes, and it changed my view of Islam entirely. I'm very interested in learning all that I can about the faith. Although I'm not currently a Muslim, I'm here to learn more about Allah and Islam. I have began to think about possibly converting, but I want to make sure that I'm making the right decision and not rushing into it.
