Assalamu alaikum dear brothers and sisters in Islam!

I have a question which has been bugging me for a long time now...

"Are angels divine"??
Don't get me wrong please... I am just asking because of my curiosity..

Wassalam

It depends on what you mean by divine. Linguistically, divine means separate or secret. In that sense, angles are divine because they are in a separate world and are not seen by us (Ghayb) until God wills one of them to take the form of a human.

However, if divine means godly, as is commonly understood, then angels are not divine; only God is. Hope this helps.
