However, the reason I don't or didn't care these ranking, because whether it says or not, Muhammad salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam is indeed the best of the Human Kind.
moreover, I don't know at what rank Michael has given Umar radhi Allahu anhu, but indeed, the best human kind after our beloved Prophet Muhammad salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam is undoubtedly Abu Bakr radhi Allahu anhu and then Umar radhi Allahu anhu.
Umar radhi Allahu anhu said: One day of Abu Bakr is way superior than the entire life of the family of Umar (not exact wordings), because of his companionship during the Hijrah with Muhammad salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam.
Indeed, it is good that even kuffar they admit, actually they didn't find any other way, they couldn't just avoid. may be by these type of works people may come to know about Islam and they chose Islam as their deen.
I've nothing against you sister or even against who wrote the book, just my thoughts.
indeed, if we rank, the best hundred influential people, we would not be able to place our sahaba radhi Allahu anhu in such small figure.
we have sahababa radhi Allahu anhu wa jama3een, we have Ummahatul Mu3mineen radhi Allahu anha , we have ta'bee and tabe ta'bee and our pious predecessors .
