The above quotation should not be confused with the thoughts that he is advocating immorality; rather Salahudeen is warning everyone to be aware of how a Muslim country can be 'disarmed' and made weaker by relaxing laws, conventions, customs and evaluations of 'goodness' to include wrong as a society. By doing so, the society would be removed from Allah's Protection both externally from the Kufaar and even more dangerously from the those Muslims with weak or little Eeman.
