I thought this may be helpful for one or two brothers/sisters on here. It's a website done by the national health service (NHS) in the UK to encourage and help people to stop smoking.

Furthermore, if you're a UK resident, you can order a free "quit-smoking kit" online (whether you smoke or not) - https://smokefree.nhs.uk//quit-tools/quit-kit/order/ I ordered one for my uncle, and it looks really good it even has a little toy (to keep your hands busy), stickers, flash cards and leaflets that seem to be really helpful.
