Salam brothers and sisters,

I was just wondering, whether is it true that we are not allowed to cut our finger nails from maghrib onwards.

Please and thank you,

It is not Haram.(Link of Fatwa --> http://islam-qa.com/en/ref/11993/nails)

Anyone who says something is Haram, must bring bring a clear proof for it from Quran/Sunnah.

Seems to be influence from Hindu culture, they consider it wrong to do certan things after Sunset and also cutting nails etc on certain times.

Allahu 'Aalam

Lol sis- I do't think that's true- and I agree with the bro above^.
But it's not good too keep your nails too long- because they DO get filthy even though we can't see it- no matter how many times we file them:D
