This series is designed for the non-Arab speaking, senior level student. With a collection of audiotapes and MP3 CD it helps the student learn Arabic through listening and conversation along with reading and writing. The series stresses communication and also offers glimpses into the Arabic culture, both Islamic and national. Divided into 3 grades, it contains textbooks and workbooks combined in one book. The entire series can be taught intensively in 300 classes (averaging 45 minutes one class,) 100 classes for each grade. If the program is not intensive, it can be taught within a three-year period.

I know the download link for the books has been posted a couple of times in different threads but i re-posted it for convenience.

The books "Al-Arabiyatu Bayna Yadayk" are very good to learn for those who wants to start learning Arabic language. In other words, its intended for beginner level. But the thing is, someone who has a blank slate in they're knowledge of Arabic, will actually have a very hard time getting into it because you gotta have some basic stuffs covered first. So its not actually meant for self-study.

Now here comes the good part. Some time ago, when i was browsing around, i stumbled upon this series of video lectures by Ustadh Abdul-Karim from Green Lane Masjid UK, giving Arabic lessons using the book as material. And i thought that this should help more people who wants to learn Arabic with a proper guidance.

There's no videos for book 3 yet. Probably because the course is still ongoing. Because i notice that the last video on book 2 was uploaded oct 29 2012 so its still recent. Keep checking back their channel for an update from time to time.

Oh and if there's anyone who are not familiar with downloading videos from youtube, see my post below.
