Question: For men: glasses or non-colored contact lenses?

For a man who has myopia, which is better to wear according to Islam: glasses or non-colored contact lenses?

I know both are halal, but maybe one of them is better than the other?

As you mentioned, both are halal, therefore they are equally acceptable. One can not be better than the other, its a matter of personal preference.
