I have a question that i want to clarify with I am always confused when i say jazak Allah khair

So what do u say for the sister, brother or to everyone?

Jazak Allah khair = sister?
Jazak Allah Khayra = brother?
Jazak Allah khayrian? = to everyone?

to a sister you say jazaki Allahu khyran
to a brother you say Jazaka Allahu khyran
to everyone you say Jazakom Allahu khyran

all the difference in the word Jazak

Correct, and that's because the word Jazak is a verb that means "May he recompense you". In Arabic, "a" is the suffix used for the masculine second person pronoun in the accusative tense, "i" for feminine and "um" for plural masculine. For plural feminine, it's "unna", i.e., "Jazaakunna Allaahu Khayran".

One more, if you're not already overwhelmed , its the dual pronoun and the suffix used is "uma", i.e, Jazaakuma Allaahu Khayran.

please don't say the vowel at the end of a joomla, your reminding me of how I memorized Quran Ayat when I, was not sure of the grammar.
