As-Salaam alaikum,
Abu Huraira, may Allah be pleased with him, reported :-- The Messenger of Allah, Sallallahu alaihi Wasallam, said :--
"Whoever listens to a verse from the Book of Allah Ta'ala will have a multiplied reward. Whoever recites a verse will have a light on the Day of Resurrection." (Musnad Ahmad, 8494).
Even listening to the Qur'an brings great rewards. With today's technology it is easy to play Qur'an, we can also recite along with it - and can help us memorize and benefit more Insha Allah.
