Pizza crust:
2 dl water
1 tbsp dry yeast
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
4 dl wheat flour

Filling:400 g browned and seasoned minced meat
6 slices of zucchini
2 sweet peppers
2 tomatoes
olive oil
tomato sauce
basil, oregano
grated cheese

Make dough: mix yeast to flour, add salt and warm water. Knead well, add olive oil, knead a little more.

Make filling, add to the rolled dough. Spread grated cheese on the top.

Bake +250 C, 10 to 15 minutes.

Eat and be happy!

You can add more zucchini slices. And cheese too. I hadn´t very much cheese in my pie (forgot to buy - I like a lot of cheese).
