What?! Can this be true?

Thank You Allah!
Assalamu alaykum

I hope everyone is doing well, inshaAllah.

So I was just surfing the net about dream interpretations in Islam and I came to this website. http://www.firdaous.com/en/0064.htm
In the little search box, you are supposed to type a word that corresponds to something you saw in a dream and it's going to give you all different meanings about it. Can these meanings be true? How would we know that? And is it wrong to be doing something like this?

Islam is a way of life
This is a common practice outside of Islam, and I think its junk.

How can a person possibly know this? This seems like something only known by Allah swt.

For example, I put in some words and one of my results was "TURBAN" and if you dream of a Turban I guess they are saying it is interpreted as..."SIGN OF FUTURE POWER."

Is this now a means of fortune telling??? Seems bidah to me, insha allah someone will comment more.
Now I am going to look up if a reputable Sheikh has done a lecture on this.

Time is Running!!
Waliekumasslam warahmatullahi wabrakatu,

1. Its a Sufi Site.

2. From Website you linked:
The dream dictionary presented here is based on the work of Muhammad Ibn Sirin, a specialist in the field of dream interpretation in regards to the traditions of Islam.

Shaykh Salih al Munajjid said:
As for the book “Interpretation of Dreams” that is attributed to Ibn Seereen, many researchers doubt that it can be attributed to him at all, so we should be certain that this book was written by this prominent scholar.
