sister, being veterinarian, i would like to tell u more on this topic.
1. by slaughtering with islamic way, whole blood of the animal comes out from body and the flash becomes more tasty.
2. animal feels less pain
3. due to fear, adrenaline is released and blood vessels become dilated so pushing more blood outward from the body
4. we cut from the throat and then spinal cord is to be cut
