The real reason for fasting in Islam is devoting yourself completely to the thought of Allah. Although, during normal days, you find yourself close to the Almighty, However, praying during fasting time is more fruitful compared to normal days. It is because when you do fasting, all that you do is keep chanting the name of Allah who provides you inner strength and courage to do the daily tasks without eating or drinking anything. When you pray during fasting time, it provides you with more benefits as compared to normal days. You can know about this significance from the Muslim Pro App right on your smartphone.
