I often Daydream alot for hours sometimes And its intefering with my prayers

so anybody an advices???

this is difficult in a way. the good thing is that you realize that it interferes with your prayers. because of that you aren't totally lost. ask yourself this: what benefit is there for me to daydream? you will come to the conclusion that there is no benefit in daydreaming, especially if it's causing you to miss salah. now, think of all the benefit of making salah. the biggest benefit is that you get rewared jannah. you can't lose if you're steadfast in your salat. also ponder this: your daydreaming also probably takes you away from reading quran and sunnah, visiting the masjid outside of jummah etc. all of these things have reward dear brother. the last thing i have to say is this:

on the day of judgement, when you are held accountable before Allah SWT and he asks your salah, what are you going to say? i missed salah because i was to busy daydreaming. that will happen dear brother if you do not straighten this out. remember none of us our promised tomorrow. repent for the missed salah and be sincere by not trying to do it anymore. inshAllah you'll be praying all your salah.

I ,too, have this daydreaming problem. I am actually daydreaming as I type. I'm not sure if normal people daydream like this too. But when I pray I try to focus on the fact I am standing in front of Allah and Allah sees me. That is what I limit my mind to as well as what I am reciting. It can be very challenging sometimes but is good to fight your mind. Isn't that the greatest jihad the one you fight the your own desire. So accept your daydreaming as oppurtunty to gain reward.

Lol I know how you feel daydreaming while on the net. Fortunately it is a rare occasion when I am distracted in prayer. Maybe when a kid is acting wild and the mom steps out of the line :/ When I pray I feel that I have this warmth around me and I am at another level. I do not feel attatched to my physical self. Sounds weird but that is how I feel when I pray.

I used to daydream a lot when I watched lots of television and listened to music. Do you watch lots of tv? Now that I have cut out music and watch like 1 hour of tv a night I do not have the problem. I keep myself busy by reading, listening to Qur'an and writing.

I try to remember prayer is like a medicine for me. It cures me of sadness, anger, and many more. I think people have a hard time shutting down the constant flood of worries when going to prayer. Insha Allah it will become easier :D

What do you daydream about that is so much more important than worshipping our Creator?

Think about what your are saying and reflect upon that. The reason many muslims (especially those who do not understand Arabic) find it hard to have khushoo (concentration) during the prayer is because they are just reciitng in a language to which they do not have the meaning. How can you reflect if you do not know what your saying? Make a concentrated effort to learn arabic, or at least the meaning to everything you say during your prayer and reflect!

That being said, if you do speak arabic, and/or you have memorised what you say during the prayer in you native language...... then just ignore me:)
