ASA Akhi,
Here are my suggestions:
1) Keep yourself busy throughout the day
2) Talk to your family and friends
3) Exercise
4) Eat healthy
5) Sleep well
6) Put a rubber band around your wrist and when you're about to daydream snap it so you don't go into that phase. I use to do this when I use to play football, so I can can concentrate on the play and put 100% effort. It works!
7) Get married

I agree with what this brother has said. Since I gave up the television and music, I do not have the daydreaming problem as big as it used to be. Exercise is also an important factor. It took me a while to appreciate the exercise thing, but I do not regret it now. I actually enjoy looking forward to my next work out.I have used the rubber band technique as well to stop my self from cussing. I second the rubberband technique.
Eat healthy is a must. Of course a treat here and there is fine, but feeding the body the right nutrients is a big factor on how the day will go

Additives will not do your body good. If you drink soda, stop! Think of it this way. Put a nail in a can of Coca Cola. Eventually the nail will rust. Now do you want this in your body? Also fast food...Try looking at the nutrition guide. I gave up McFlurrys the day I saw it has 1200 calories...
