New to Manchester

Salams to all,

we are a newly married couple just moved to manchester from London. Would like to get any help about this place, people and events. we both are praying to find good practising muslim friends, with whom we can go out camping, dinners, islamic events etc.
We are from south india {hyderabad} , hubby working in a telecom company. i was working as a teacher in an islamic school in East midlands.

Any help wud be appreciated. We have found a nice little flat near wimslow road.

We got saturday circle at Sunna Mosque in Manchester at 18:30 every saturday for brothers and sister.

Is good to come around as you meet many sisters and your husband will meets many brothers. I think that is the best way to know muslims in manchester. Here is the adress:

Sorry i can't help because i don't know any places/gatherings for Brothers & Sisters in Manchester. But never the less i thought i would welcome you to the Forum. Insh'Allah you will good practising Muslim friends although you do have the website in order to talk with other Muslims and you can pick knowledge along the way.

Although sister this not very big gathering but is good start to know muslims. In the circle, there about 10 sisters and about 15 brothers.
