who is Imam Mahdi

asalamu alaykum brothers and sisters,

does anybody know Imam Mahdi?
is this answer right or wrong coz i never heard Imam Mahdi but i heard ISA(Jesus{PBUH}) and Dajal will come out the last day. but never heard Imam Mahdi. i have been learning the sunnah and following the ways of the prophet and know about most hadiths and i never heard any other than prophet Isa and Dajjal are coming out the last day. i`m i rigth

Who Is Imam Mahdi?

Note: Please do not confuse Imam Mahdi with Hadhrat Isa (Jesus) Alayhis Salaam. They are two different persons, and both will come during the last days. According to Hadeeth, Imam Mahdi will appear first, and Hadhrat Isa (A.S.) will appear during Imam Mahdi's lifetime. Furthermore, only Hadhrat Isa (A.S.) will be able to kill Dajjal (the "anti-Christ").

Imam Mehdi (he shud be called Mehdi only) is a descendant of Fatima(RA). He resembles closly to Nabi(SAW). He will lead muslims near end of times. There is long long story and Nabi(SAW) has mentioned every thing abt him. Muslims will discover him in Ka'aba. They will appoint him as leader.

Every one is recommended, in that time, to take "bait" (this is an urdu word) on his hand. Nabi(SAW) has asked to take bait on hands of Mehdi even if u have to walk on ice, to reach him.

This will be the time of fierce wars but every thing will go in way of muslims. Just like its going against their way now.

Jesus will come when muslims will be in deep trouble, even if Mehdi is here. He will ask Mehdi to lead Prayers.Then jesus will kill Dajjal later on.

This is just a breif breifing of wat i have read.

Let me clear here brothers and sisters -We have TWO KASHMIRIS HERE one is A Kashmiri ( I ) and then there is another brother AL KASHMIRI.

A Kashmiri ( I ) am from Indian Occupied Kashmir
Al Kashmiri ( Brother) is from UK, but he is also Kashmiri and living on Pakistan Ocuppied Kashmir.

I dont want that if i do something wrong here and make errors , some other brother is also affected.

I'm Really Happy

I'm really happy of the brother that bring this issue.

Several hadits by several companions like in Tirmidzi been telling where Rasulullah said that the imam will be born from Ahlul bait lineage and he's father's name will have the same name as Rasulullah's father's name and his name will have the same name as Rasulullah's name.

That's why if there is someone named ishaq syua'ib, couldn't be him, before checking whether he is a Quraisy or not, ha ha hi.
