is it wrong to ask questions?

its a question about questions.

i read (something like this) that prophet (saws) told that Allah hates a person because things which were permissible due to Allah's silence became prohibited due to his asking.

1. is it authentic hadith?
2. was it for sahaba only (that they dont ask many questions to prophet) or for us also?
3. wht type of questions we should not ask?

salam alikom wa rahmato allah taala wa barakatoh,

i think i know the answer but don't konw how to explain it , the things that a muslim practised shouldn't ask about are for ex: when the last day come?? -qiyam asa3a- and asking and emphasing about allah's physical characteristcs
something like this we should not :astag:ask about we know that allah swt is here with us whenever we are he is we us swt and never can have a similars :ma::ma:and can not be described like this or the other.............and we konw that the last day is very near but when ???only allah swt who konws
may allah guide us all to the right path
