no brother, its not true,

u can pray qiyam al layl after witr. it is only recommemded to pray witr in the end. its not compulsory.

Yes you can pray qiyal al layl. Just remember not to pray witr again after it. Witr should be prayed only once. Insha Allah this helps.

Witr, if prayed at all, must be the last prayer before Fajr.

brother, u can't say "must be"....its only advisable not obligatory.

You misread my reply. If you are going to pray witr at all then it must be the last prayer before Fajr, but you do not have to pray witr, it's a sunna.

ok...maybe we belong to different schools of thought. in hanafi school, witr is wajib and it is not necessary to be last prayer. we can pray nafl after that!
