Living in hot country, cannot study while fasting?

Here to help
salam alikom,

Now that Ramadan is coming up, I want to get ready. It always drrains the energy out of me when fasting, especially that I do it while on holiday in the middle east every summer. The sun and lack of food is so bad that I cannot do anything while fasting... To be honest fasting in the UK is so much easier that I could go 2 days without food and drink and I wouldn't mind (not that I do that)!

Any tips please?

:bismillah:

"O you who believe! Fasting is prescribed for you as it was prescribed for those before you, that you may become Al-Muttaqun (the pious).

(Fasting) for a fixed number of days, but if any of you is ill or on a journey, the same number (should be made up) from other days.
And as for those who can fast with difficulty, (i.e. an old man, etc.), they have (a choice either to fast or) to feed a poor person.
But whoever does good of his own accord, it is better for him. And that you fast, it is better for you if only you know." (2:183-84)

Brother,

If you can't adapt to some country weather during fasting month
i must admit that you are advice not to travel during the fasting month period,
due your well being and body not acustomed to it.

It hot
but your iman should be 'hotter' than that
then you can feel the 'burning' iman inside you
:ma:

It ok to fast anywhere in the world
if one knows the value of fasting
afterall
Allah swt Knows what
Best for us.

Eat,drink well and take good dates(Tamar)
during breaking fast
Follow
the proper steps of good fasting
you won't feel thirsty nor hunger
the next day¬Insya'allah!

¬May Allah swt help and guide you¬Amin!

Take care!
¬Wassalam :)

Some tips:

Try to avoid being in sun, specially at the hottest hours of day but try to stay inside.

Cover your head and try to use covering, light-color clothes. This decrease evaporating of water from your body.
