Sorry incase you are wondering why none here answered or responded. to help and do something beneficial is indeed a good Intent. you should go ahead with it, your pursuit might deserve a merit, and there could be a need that I/We am not aware of!

Go on discuss your view point here. why do you think there is a need for a separate site for Muslims with mental disorders/disabilities? Folks might be interested in knowing that before they come out and help you in your mission.
