This vehicle's window was damaged when a deodorant can exploded after being left in the searing heat for hours
The writer(picture) was crossing the car park at his office,
and just as he was walking by, he saw a can bursting out of a car’s rear window.
The car owner said that he left his deodorant can on the back seat.
The owner parked the car in the morning and it was directly under the sun.
Due to the high pressure, the can exploded. It must have only been there for about five hours from morning until noon.
At such high ambient temperatures, any pressurised container could get heated up and eventually blast out of the car due to high pressure. We should avoid keeping pressurised containers within a closed car.
Keeping these types of cans in the car should be avoided completely. Even car air fresheners and drinks that come in pressurised containers should be avoided.
Warning over hot deodarant and containers in car!!!
Above image of:The explosion was so powerful that the can broke through the rear windscreen. It could have caused serious injury if someone had been in the car at the time but no one was hurt in this incident.
