No. It is not a platform to bash Islam. These atheists are very knowledgeable in Islam as they have studied Islam in detail for many years.

Assalamu Alaikum:
Atheists are terribly misguided people. I am almost daily debating them alone at a Facebook group ''Indian Atheists - Debate Corner''. They are highly deluded. As a matter of fact they have nothing to offer but indeed are best players with words in the name of rationality,logic and scientific reasoning.
As Muslims we believe in established facts. We can't apply logic or reasoning or rationality on already established facts.
I am giving an excerpt from a debate that took a couple of days before.
Sachin Pareek If ever evolution is the sole cause of life on earth,than it puts me scratch my head,how did sun occupy an exact position to flourish life on earth.? This seems a massive coincidence.

Islam is a way of life
If by "very knowledgeable" you mean being ignorant of the history of Pre-Islam Arabia as well as the condition of Muslims at times when parts of the Qur'an was revealed - then yes you're right! Kudos!
Also, Atheism is in our face all the time. Do you think Muslims (especially ones w/ internet access) are ignorant of Atheism? You are mistaken.

@Sachin4Islam. If you like to debate then this is a perfect show for you. All debates take place via skype so are held in real time. I am sure you will find debating with these atheists and ex-muslims quite different and intellectually stimulating.

You are very much making an assumption of ignorance from these panelists. They are well acquainted with (pre)Islamic history, the Quran and hadith. They, in fact, often correct muslim callers on these facts.
