Using softwares which are to be sold by money normally ???

Its similar to my other topic on this issue, but its a bit different one

Can we download and use software programmes which probably has copy rights but you know, people just upload them on internet and share it everywhere ?

I am not talking about ''buying'' copy of them. I am talking about downloading or getting them from somewhere for ''free''. Isnt it different when you get for free? Because i read, its not permissible to buy copy of copyrighted products, but i wonder about getting them for free.

P.S I did read some fatwa on islamqa but couldnt get a convincing answer about the exacty thing i wonder (or maybe i missed some parts of fatwa as i feel lazy to read all of it)

Stolen is stolen, doesn't change if you later pay for it or not, & you never know what malware can be in a crack. There is a lot of good open source/freeware out there. Better to get from reputable sources, we will all have to account for what we do One Day.

otherwise, theft is theft no matter which form it takes
