Number 1 – Always seek refuge in Allah Subana Wa Ta'ala from the Jinn before entering bathroom (including covering the hair with hijab /Takiya of Sunnah) and NEVER listen to your thoughts when in the bathroom, they may seem logical at the time but remember what the bathroom is, (many of the associated words are slang that I won’t repeat) instead repeat something positive in your head like Alhumdulillah for removing the difficultly (Jinn) from me, even if it’s just while brushing of the teeth
Number 2 – Never jump to conclusions people are out to harm you, seek refuge in Allah Subana Wa Ta’ala, the Jinn are always trying to occupy the thoughts so we sin, whether to sin in our thoughts by building up our ego to much or placing bitterness, jealously, suspicion etc into our minds. Any suspicion without a solid basis are considered unwarranted suspicion or any negative thoughts in general are usually just mind games. If acted upon without due process … the Jinn Win.
