    I have an appointment in town today and don't know whether to wear the Hijab or not...I don't know if I'm ready, even though I want to. But this certainly puts things into perspective!

    I'm in Aus too! In N.S.W....I don't know any other Australian Muslims but would love too. My friends are mainly Christian or athiest so I just don't talk about it. It can be pretty hard because I'm still learning but I'll get there eventually.

    Still, it is America. It's a "free" country. Will they ban Shoulder pads in women's jackets because they look bad too? I think everyone has the right to dress however they want to within reason. I don't think baggy pants are offensive. (underwear hanging out of clothing is a different story!)...
