1 message every 120 minutes for Moderators??!

Why is it that we have to wait 120 minutes -- a full TWO hours-- before being able to send another second message. I wanted to followup with a message I had sent someone whom invaded my inbox with a private message I didn't ask for, only to be told that I had to wait two full hours before being able to do so??

Is this what's known as good customer service around here?

Ive never run into any issue like this in any other forum

And, no i didn't get a chance to read it, because i don't like internet strangers sending me secret messages trying to hit on me!

Name started with a Ms-something...
