sister i can't be thankful enough to you for provinding these evidences

but i have a problem i really think i'm like the 19 point sincerely i'll tell you even if i try to be good, to do good, worship Allah SWT it' s like my nafs, my soul is bad, my soul and me are different because my nafs make me think of bad thigs all the time and especially in situations where i expect them the less; i try to explain myself about the hardness in hell , the suffer, and the shame, i try to explain my nafs but it always seems to me that what i want to be and what i'm are different things; sometimes it feels like sheytan is residing in my heart ; i pray, i really pray that Allah SWT cleans it

do you have any suggestions please in order to help a sister of yours?
