i think the brother/sister meant that they have "reverted"
as you remember..our beloved prophet (pbuh) had said that *every child born* is born *a muslim* by fitrah (pre-disposition) and it is his/her parents who make them christians, jews, etc.

so the brother/sister...was meaning that they "returned".."realized"..or "acknowledged" that predisposition again..and thus you have the "muslims again" part of the title

i hope i explained it well..and inshallah justoneofmillion will elaborate on this later
