It is kind of difficult to imagine someone being exempted to pray for nine whole months. Of course a pregnant woman must pray.
And fasting is up to her health condition - and if she feels she is not able to fast, then she has to make those up later on when her health recovers.

Does a pergnant woman have to pray?

Everyone above the age of puberty must pray, not matter what. No one is exempted from this rule. Not this sick person, not even the soldiers on the battle fields. The only thing that changes is the manner in which they can pray. For those who're unable to stand, they pray sitting, for those who can sit, they pray lying down on their sides. There're even some people who're allowed to pray whilst walking. And some who're allowed to by ishaarah (gestures).
These links all have to do with a pregnant woman's prayers.

Does a pregnant woman have to fast?

I think maybe except the first 1-2 months and the last 2-3 months, they're able to fast just fine.
